Notes:

i tried a couple of new features with Netscape V4.05 and Internet Explorer V4.01, but most of these features are not yet fully supported. CSS works pretty good with IE4 and Microsoft has commited itself to support CSS V2.0 as soon as possible. but as a basic rule, one can expect V4.0x browsers to support HTML V3.2 but not HTML V4.0.
